Sushi Contest Landing Page

Project Overview

This landing page for a sushi contest has two variations, namely the light mode and dark mode. The concept is that no matter day (light mode) or night (dark mode), there's always room for more sushi. This project got into the final round of the RGD UI/UX award in 2019.

" Beautiful combination of illustrations, texture, hand-lettered type, and photos. I like the brand palette is restrained in order to allow the sushi images to pop. The drawing is nicely done as well. The Sushi Fever website has great contrast. I love the idea of the seaweed textured background. The design elements are familiar, reinforcing the most important facets of your design at every turn. I found the content easy to read and the layout is straightforward." – RGD judges
